Today in the age of computers and laptops, We work most of the time in front of Computer screens. Being a blogger, I stay in front of my PC for a long time, which leads to few problems in my health. It's very important for each and every individual to maintain his/her health. Blogging can become more powerful and productive with fresh and enthusiastic health. So here are the few reasons, which lead to few serious health problems:

Sitting in front of laptop in stationary position raises the problem of back pain, hand pain. Even you might have noticed, sometimes, when you wake up in the morning, any organ of the body keeps on the paining for the whole day. This problem occurs because of sleeping in wrong position, means organ which is paining, was suffering due to the placement in the wrong position for the whole night.

You can sort out this problem, by doing massage, work out in gym or garden, stretching your neck, and do some simple exercises for your hands, wrist, fingers(most important). Posture is most important and always maintains straight posture.

A computer screen emits UV (Ultra Violent) rays, which may lead to eye problems. Sitting for long hours in front of computer screens, can decrease the visibility power of eyes.

Well, I don't eat junk food, and I do drink a lot of water, but I can't sit for too long at the computer without feeling completely drained, so I have to get up and stretch, or walk around often!
